Delete your PuzzleMania account

Use either option below to permanently delete your Firebase Authentication account and associated PuzzleMania data.

AIf you can log in

  1. Open PuzzleMania in the app or browser and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.

The app will request deletion securely using your signed-in Firebase identity. It never asks the client to provide a user ID for deletion.

BIf you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in, cannot access the app, or have already uninstalled it, email:

Use the subject “PuzzleMania Account Deletion Request” and include the account email address or Firebase UID, if known. We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before deleting data.

Deletion is permanent. Deleting your PuzzleMania account does not delete your Google account, but the deleted PuzzleMania account and its associated game data cannot be restored.

What is deleted

  • The PuzzleMania Firebase Authentication account.
  • Profile information and stored player customization.
  • User statistics, verified highscores, and leaderboard entries linked to the account.
  • Room membership, visual progress, presence, and rate-limit records linked to the Firebase UID.
  • Legacy user-authored room chat/report records, if any exist from earlier versions, and identifiers in shared match-result records.

Limited retention

Limited information may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud or abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of users and services. Residual copies may temporarily remain in protected backups or service logs until they expire under applicable retention processes.
